Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I enjoyed a relaxing night in my king room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Breakfast surprised me with its delicious options, especially the fresh biscuits. Just a heads up, be cautious about leaving your belongings in your car.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free parking, 24-hour reception, and a great breakfast selection. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with sim cards, which was nice. Highly recommend checking in!

The property manager and staff did have pleasant personalities, but this inconsistency marred the experience. Additionally, the breakfast was very limited with only oatmeal cups and granola bars available, which was disappointing. However, the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, alleviating some concerns I had while approaching the area.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting the Verizon Arena. The staff was accommodating, and our room had ample space for our large family, including the kiddie. The breakfast provided was pretty tasty too, which is a huge plus when traveling with kids.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise levels were too much for the kiddos. It would be great if they could improve soundproofing, especially for families with children.

However, the cleanliness could use significant improvement. The bathroom had areas that seemed overlooked, particularly around the tub. There was a persistent odor in the hallway, which didn't help the overall atmosphere. On a couple of occasions, I noticed the elevator was pretty dirty, and the noise from the hallway disrupted my rest. Staff at the front desk were friendly but seemed overwhelmed at times. It would be nice to see them more attentive during busy hours. Overall, for a quick business trip, it sufficed, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're planning a longer stay.
